My finance called for a delivery of two sandwiches, around 6 pm today. I asked her to request if can put my my cheese on the side . She told me the person from Jimmy john's can not do it . I asked her to put me on the phone with the person and I asked him politely if he can put my cheese on the side of my sandwich and he told me, he can not do it. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager. I told him I will call corporate about the non sense and he told me this is a corporate order and he can't separate cheese from my sandwich. I have been a customer of the store since it opened and never had a problem. I still can't believe how the simple request like that can not be provided. After this this , I just decided to withdraw from the store and not support the store with any future orders.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! For all their bragging and advertising...they actually just suck! I live 1.5 miles away and they won't deliver to me?????? Really? A whole mile and a half? Geez...that's far. They brag about being fast because they only deliver right around the corner! Of course it's fast! They would rather lose valuable customers than open up their delivery zone to say (shoot for the stars!!!!) 2 miles?? Unbelievable!!!

Lookout Subway, I found a new sub shop! Jimmy Johns is very clean and smells better than Subway. I visited this store during lunch hours and the service was quick and efficient. The menu was put together well and easy to understand. I liked how they have lettuce wraps as an alternative to bread instead just making a salad. I ordered a #1 Pepe no mayo and add Dijon. It was freshly made and delicious. The bread was baked to perfection and the meat and cheese was good and didn't taste slimy. The sub had just the right amount of everything. It stayed together and didn't fall apart. I love Jimmy Johns.

So delicious! They really are unbelievably (aka "freaky") fast here as well. The other day, my sandwich was complete and sitting at the end of the prep line waiting for me BEFORE I had even finished up at the register. It was like I had time travelled or shifted into a Fringe-like alternate universe. The bread is what seems to make these subs over-the-top good. The rest of the ingredients seem pretty comparable to other places. I really enjoy the "Jimmy Peppers" added to my sub (at a small added fee) - way better than Subway's pepper selection. The prices are a little higher than Subway, but the extra quality is evident. Parking for this location is a living nightmare. Worst layout I have ever seen. You will see if you try to go here at lunchtime.

They really are Freaky Fast! Love this place. I always get a tuna sub with a sliced pickle. The pickles are the best!

I really liked my sub I got the turkey Tom. But I like the bread its nice and fresh and thin and I'm not big on eating a ton of meat so to me it was a good sandwich. Next time I may order extra tomatoes and lettuce. Guy at the counter was super friendly. & I really like the atmosphere at this place may even eat here next time instead of to go

I have had Jimmy John's (JJ) a few times now since it is somewhat close to my work. I think it is my least favorite out of the sub chains that I have tried (Subway, Quiznos, Jersey Mikes). Subway has the best value, while Quiznos and Jersey Mikes have superior taste/quality to JJ. I am not saying it is absolutely horrible or disgusting. I enjoy the smoked ham that is on quite a few of their sandwiches. The bread is filling. I also really enjoy their "Freaky" fast service and the speed they make the sandwiches along with the location looking clean. Overall, I would just prefer other sub chains to this one. I feel like I should be getting more from what I am paying.

Worst sub ever!! Will never return. Totally against the killing of exotic animals that the owner of this company participates in and seems to enjoy. Not a friendly atmosphere the workers acted like they were put out.

Check# 96. Ordered a #3 no lettuce, got it with lettuce, they said I didn't order it without lettuce, showed him my ticket, he said oh I guess you did. Said he would make another, got the sandwich, bun was burnt so bad when you bite into it, it literally feel apart. Told them the bread was bad and unedible, the guy at counter said oh, sorry that the bread is really well done. Thru the sandwich away right in front of him. I paid 8.53 for a sandwich, chips and small ice tea. In reality I paid 8.53 for chips and a drink. Look I go to that JJ all the time, but never again, Sad to be treated this way.

Forget about have it your way at Jimmy Johns. You want a slim with just lettuce? NOPE, a slim can only be meat. You must order a regular sandwich and pay more and then take off fixings you dont want. And guess what? No kids menu Too many other good sandwich shops where they will make it the way you want and also have a kids menu.

I think the subs are good but for the money their subs are small compared to Fire house. Great in taste not worth the money, i actually feel ripped off after paying more and the sub is the same size as the cheaper one.

Free delivery is great... if you can get the correct sandwich or a sandwich at all. I was a weekly customer since I can not get away for lunch. I got my delivery and punched out for lunch. Well, I got the wrong sandwich. I called the store immediately and they said they would make me a new one and delivery it ASAP. ASAP didn't happen. My 30 minute lunch ticked on by. I called the store after waiting 20 minutes and someone reassured me that it was coming. My lunch was now over and I had not eaten. I had a meeting to go to, so I could not wait at the front door any longer. After my meeting was over, there was still no delivery. I called the store once again and asked to speak to the manager. Excuses came with one apology that did not sound sincere. I had spent an hour waiting on a sandwich that never came. Since I now had no time left to eat, all the manager said she see could do is cancel my check, as I had paid online. Really? Is this how you treat a frequent customer? No! This is not how you treat ANY customer!!! Only order from here if you don't plan on actually eating!!!

I love their sandwiches. All the sandwiches can be ordered as a "unwich", which is wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. Being on a diet this is a great feature. They put plenty of filling in the sandwiches. My favorite is the tuna. Very fresh. I also like the atmosphere.
